Go Healthy

I’d been astounded by the fact I’ve discovered in a magazine’s article. The piece says some things I have never knew then. And if you’re such an ignoramus woman like me, bear with me, read this for some information.

Sex experts agree that what’s good for general health is also good for sexual health. So when it comes to your diet, eating nutritious meals in frequent and smaller portions bodes well for your libido. “To be a tasty morsel yourself, you must make the right choices when eating,” says Laura Berman of the Berman Center in Chicago. Eat whole grains instead of refined white flour bread and crackers; increase your intake of good fats (such as nuts, avocados, olive oil); eliminate bad fats (butter, and sweets); drink lots of water to detoxify and cleanse the body. Reduce alcohol, nicotine and coffee intake, since these can spoil the way your taste. Consuming fruits and vegetables condition your body to taste anything but sour or bitter, she adds.
